Action & Team learning

Description

This course is inspired by the Team Academy pedagogical approach which states that human beings learn through experience and by sharing with others. 

Participants will put into practice the tools that will allow them to 

- build their career path 

- develop their reflective capacity to learn from real life experience 

- experiment with dialogue and active listening in a team 

The majority of the contributions come from the real experience of the participants (lived before or during the course) and completed by the theoretical contribution of the teacher or external guests.
